The Migrant Theater had a long run in France, starting in 1995. Recently, we noticed the website go off line, and the domain name become available. We enjoy all things immigration, including how people choose to communicate their views to others. It looks like the founder of the Theater is an immigrant himself to France, from Germany, and he used this Theater project to communicate his views. It was certainly part of the mission to teach “artistic practices” via a variety of means to anyone who was interested.
We will have the old website back here shortly to save as a record for as long as we care to. We may try to improve what we have here with additional related content, perhaps bring the site up to date with more information on theater as a way of communicating beliefs about immigration.
